Her experiences include 37 years in Occupational Therapy practice in paediatrics, mental health, exam preparation, 17 years in OT exam preparation courses for students at graduate level at US universities, and 6 years experience in Occupational Therapy in Latin America, including Peace Corps/Ecuador and Venezuela.
She has over 40 published health care articles in therapy, medical, and prosthetic journals and publications, and over 200 professional presentations at therapy, medical, and prosthetic conferences.
Her specialties are professional presentations, writing, paediatric hand splints, diversity specialist, NBCOT board exam preparation, Spanish translation, therapy consultations, and international volunteerism.

Miss Saeko Hara is an occupational therapist who has gained her work experience from Kisen Hospital, which is a mental institution from April 2002 until March 2008, Hospital Rehabilitation center for Physical Disabilities Kyoto in April 2008 until now. She is also currently working at the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (Japan International Coorperation Agency) since early of 2002. She has had training in Occupational Therapy for Mental at the Suzuka kosei Hospital from May until July of 2001, Physical child OT at the Todai-ji temple aids integer, a facility for orthopedically impaired children from August until October of 2001 and Physical OT from the Osaka Medical College Hospital in the later part of 2001.
